This has been going on for some time and it's no surprise that the Kochs flout this type of regulation too. I think this piece is a combination of new information that was just revealed from a court case in France and old information that is probably new to many. The Koch family, literally the original Birchers, is not an anathema because they were aggresive and did well for themselves. They are an anathema because they would have it both ways. They want the safety and opportunity of living in this nation, but they refuse to contribute towards that. They refuse to acknowledge that 300-million people living within a common border need to do some things here and there to make life tolerable for everyone as a whole. It tends to depress the morality rate as well.

If you hate regulation so much, move to Somlia. There are no rules there at all.
