Is Sarah Palin just a hypocrite, a bad mother, or both? Since we can assume that Mom vetted this book before it was published and apparently set out to settle some scores, using her just as dim daughter for her purpose, let's look at the score;
* Daughter of a fundy Christian on birth control? Check.
* Too clueless to sit down with daughter and explain the limits of the birth control? Check.
* Bought pregnancy tests for said daughter? Check. (Eight? Before her mom was wealthy there is no way a 17-year old could afford eight pregnancy tests)
* Ironically critical of how made up the McCains were, and how they were luggage hounds? Check. (At least the McCains were on a presidential campaign trail at the time, not a "family vacation".)
Some say ignore them and they will go away. That's not how it works. Honestly, until Sarah Palin is humiliated she won't go away. I'm not suggesting that anyone partake in that, or that it should be engineered, but literally until she steps in something too deep for her base, she is with us for good. She's like the Carrie Prejean of politics, except not as smart.
